Let Downs

I have been letting down an everlasting friend for weeks now. She and I started this website. She lives about 2000 miles away from me so communication is very hard to maintian. She is way better then me at keeping track of this website then I am, she emails me about at least 4 times a month. She is also better at making time to blog than I am. Recently, when her emails get into my inbox, I have felt really bad about it (in a part of my brain I see her busting her butt while I sit there and wonder what's for dinner). So every time I see her emails, I start to write her back. About half way through the email, my phone rings and I abondend my email and my friend. Isn't that horrible? So it's been 2 weeks of her emailing me about this situation. I get my notebook out and start writing this blog down, so that I can mail it. I have a brilliant plan, all organized and thought through in my head. About 10 seconds after I finished the a sentence, my brother walks in the room and starts to play with my silly putty. He rolled it into a worm. Then he held at one end and let it dangle over the floor. As the worm got farther apart,, the link connecting them got smaller and smaller. I thought that the link was the communition between Ellie and I, and the webstie was our way to communicate. I knew that night that I did not want our link to break and that I was going to do what ever I could to keep us connected! Love you Ellie and I'm sorry
